Box Catering engaged Netopia to revamp their existing website and develop a new, search engine optimised, mobile-friendly eCommerce shopping platform for customers to order online from their extensive food menu for their event or function.
To reduce data entry and automate the online shop, the entire menu of 300+ items is automatically synced with WooCommerce from an external data source. All shop data including photos, descriptions, categories, minimum order quantities, food tags and pricing is automatically synced to create the online shop with the click of a button.
Customers have the ability to choose a delivery date 48 hours in advance from a predefined calendar and can select a delivery time frame within a 30 minute window. Using the WooCommerce app, the always-on-the-go Box Catering team automatically receive order notifications and can process orders conveniently from their smartphones.
